This product is a chlorinated, non-foaming egg wash compound designed for use in all sizes of industrial washers. Ideal for food plant use. It has complete and rapid solubility and is formulated for all types of water conditions.
DIRECTIONS: Use 2 grams per litre of warm water (1/3oz/gallon). Water temperature should not exceed 50C. Do not wash longer than 5 minutes. Allow eggs to dry and cool.
Washed eggs should be thoroughly rinsed with potable water. Food equipment and food contact surfaces should be rinsed clean with potable water after use. Avoid contamination of food during application and storage.
CONTAINS: Sodium carbonate, tri-sodium nitrilotriacetate, sodium metasilicate, chlorine and surfactants.
