Your return must include the original order number written on paper attached on the outside of your return package or provided to the delivery driver when picked up. Please make sure this order number is written somewhere easy to locate or provided directly to the delivery driver.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund ($5.99). Depending on your banking institution, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method(s) in 5-7 business days.
Rejected or Cancelled Orders
Pawority reserves the right to reject and/or cancel and order at anytime and for any reason. If your order is cancelled by Pawority, Pawority has no obligation in fullfilling your order and you have no obligation to pay for your order. If Pawority requires additional information or verification in order to process or delivery your order you will be contacted via email, text message or phone provided during the order process and/or linked to your customer profile. Examples that may result in an order being rejected or cancelled, include but are not limited to:
- Limitations on the quantities of available products;
- Errors regarding product information;
- Errors regarding product pricing;
- Recalled products;
- Incorrect or apparently fraudulent payment information;
- Your order is made for delivery outside of our delivery service area.
Please do not send your purchase back to the original manufacturer.
